Chakir is my instructor mentor friend since late 80 when I become a student @ Trelleborg Taekwondo Club in southern Sweden
To be able to perform, I try to be as fit as I can!
Taekwondo and Hapkido has been my path....... Since the 80s
I had the privilege to practice with the best Grand Masters in the world
